Dear Potential Sponsor,

The IC Mingo Chiefs Youth Football Association is a non-profit, youth football program participating in the Steel Valley Youth Football League (SVYFL) here in the Ohio Valley. Our organization was established in 1979 and has been a key factory in teaching our youth respect, pride, teamwork and ethics on and off the field. We typically have between 60 and 80 children participating in our program each year. While the predominate majority of our children attend the Indian Creek School District, we have several participants from neighboring school districts as well. We have an outstanding Board of Directors and coaching staff as well as volunteers that tirelessly and selflessly give of themselves for the betterment of the youth of our community.

All operating and equipment upkeep expenses for each season are raised by sponsorships and various fund raising events staged by the Board of Directors, coaching staff, and additional volunteers.  Fundraisers planned for this year include: a raffle for a large screen LCD HDTV, a family night at a participating restaurant, tag days at local merchants, and a candle selling campaign. Specific equipment in need of replacement for this year consists of a dozen new helmets and fifteen new sets of shoulder pads. These items are worn out and have exhausted their re-conditioning lifecycle.

While our fund raising events produce some of the needed monies, generous sponsorships from companies such as yours are what bridge the financial gap and enable us to operate as a devoted, community-engaged organization. With that in mind, we present the following sponsorship tier with the hope that you consider sponsoring our organization for the coming season:

·         $150.00 (Platinum) – Sponsorship includes:

o    Hole sponsorship for the 2011 Charity Golf Scramble (includes sign on hole and in the shelter house)

o    Full page add in our 2011 Program

o    Company recognition at every home game (over the PA system) 

·         $100.00 (Gold) - Sponsorship includes:

o    The sponsor’s banner will appear on the opening page of our website

o    A link from the banner to the sponsor’s website

o    Hole sponsorship for the 2011 Charity Golf Scramble (includes sign on hole and in the shelter house)

o    ½ page add in our 2011 Program

o    Company recognition at every home game (over the PA system)

·         $50.00 (Silver) - Sponsorship includes:

o    The sponsor’s banner will appear on the opening page of our website

o    A link from the banner to the sponsor’s website

o    Hole sponsorship for the 2011 Charity Golf Scramble (includes sign on hole and in the shelter house)

o    Company recognition at every home game (over the PA system)

·         $25.00 (Associate) - Sponsorship includes:

o    The sponsor’s banner will appear on the opening page of our website

o    A link from the banner to the sponsor’s website
